Head of College & Chief Executive Officer (Interim)
Dr Zachariah Duke
The Head of College & Chief Executive Officer is responsible to the Council of Jesuit College of Spirituality for the operation of the College. As the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of College provides overall leadership and management to enable JCS to progress its mission. The Head of College implements the strategic plan for JCS, maintains the academic standing of the College, and supports the development of outstanding academic programs in both coursework and research.
Academic Dean and Research Coordinator
Dr Michael Loughnane
The Academic Dean is responsible to the Head of College & Chief Executive Officer and the Council of Jesuit College of Spirituality, for the academic affairs of the College. This includes the formulation of educational policies, supervision of the curriculum of the various courses offered through JCS, and the assignment of Faculty members to teach specific courses. The Research Coordinator provides course advice and approval, and ensures students are in the award or unit which is right for them.
The Registrar works with the Academic Dean of JCS, the Research Coordinator and Student Engagement Officer of JCS to provide students with course advice, enrolments and management of student records.
Executive Assistant to the Head of College & CEO
Miss Elisa Cugliari
The Executive Assistant to the Head of College & CEO is responsible for the administration of Jesuit College of Spirituality.
Student Engagement Officer
Dr Sarah Cook
The Student Engagement Officer provides administrative, IT and AV support and advice to students and faculty staff. They provide comprehensive information and services on matters including student enrolment, timetabling, international student compliance, fee assistance, and College policies.
Associate Dean – Arrupe®
Rev Dr Michael Smith SJ
The Associate Dean – Arrupe® coordinates the Arrupe® program with regards to applications, admissions, field placements and ongoing discernment.
