The Significance of the Human Body in Ignatian Spirituality and Contemporary Moral Theology
This session will explore the relationship between Spirituality and Morality specifically viewed through the lens of the human body.
St Ignatius has a positive regard of the human body especially noted in the instructions of making the Spiritual Exercises. This trend in Ignatian spirituality can support our emphasis on embodiment in contemporary moral theology.
